Michael Simmons, Sr. brings more than four decades of professional operations experience to Hikari Gateway. After a successful career with a major utility company, including leadership responsibilities as a Maintenance Inspector, he transitioned into the medical transportation industry, where he now works directly in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT).

His real-world experience transporting patients, understanding daily operations, maintaining compliance, and navigating the realities of the field provides the practical foundation behind Courier Ca$h. Michael believes that professionalism, preparation, and consistency are the keys to long-term success.

Founder, Creative Director & Strategic Lead

Dr. Terri A. Simmons is an educator, entrepreneur, author, publisher, life coach, wellness coach, and creative business strategist with a passion for helping others transform knowledge into opportunity.

She has self-published more than 45 books and educational resources and has developed multiple training programs focused on entrepreneurship, wellness, publishing, and professional development. Her ability to simplify complex topics into practical, easy-to-follow learning experiences has helped individuals gain confidence while building businesses and pursuing personal growth.

Together, Michael and Terri combine operational experience with educational leadership to create practical programs that prepare people for real-world success.
