• All memberships (including Founder’s Circle and Standard) require prior purchase of  the Courier Ca$h Guide, ($49.97 available on Amazon).
• Membership access without proof of book purchase is not permitted.

• Limited to the first 100 members only.
• Includes:
  • VIP Founder Status (exclusive recognition as a Founder).
  • Direct Influence on Courier Ca$h software development.
  • Early Access to guides, templates, contracts, and bonus resources.
  • 6 months of free software access (from the date of subscription start).
  • Lifetime discounted subscription rate ($14.99/month or $179/year, never to increase as long as membership is active).
• Founder’s Circle subscriptions automatically renew at the chosen billing cycle unless canceled.
• Founder’s Circle membership does not include financial gain, revenue sharing, or ownership rights in Courier Ca$h.
• Membership perks are limited to VIP status, early access to resources, discounted subscription pricing, and influence on software features.

• Available after the Founder’s Circle is full or for customers who did not join as Founders.
• Includes:
  • Full access to Courier Ca$h software, tools, and resources.
  • Guides, templates, and contracts (released after Founder’s Circle members).
  • Community connection with other entrepreneurs.
  • Locked-in subscription rate ($14.99/month or $179/year).
• Standard subscriptions automatically renew at the chosen billing cycle unless canceled.

Your Courier Ca$h software access and Founder’s Circle membership are tied to your active subscription.

If you cancel your membership or your payment fails, access to the software and community dashboard will immediately pause. You can reactivate anytime by resubscribing through your account.

Active members continue to receive:

• Full access to all Courier Ca$h software tools
   
• Founder’s Circle training updates and exclusive content
   
• Priority tech support and early access to new features
   

If your membership lapses, you’ll still keep your Courier Ca$h Guide and any digital downloads you’ve purchased separately, but your software login and updates will be disabled.

We do this to protect the integrity of the system and ensure fair access for active members only.

• Exclusive: The Courier Ca$h software is provided only to verified Courier Ca$h customers.
• Software is not sold separately.
• Any attempt to share, resell, or distribute the software outside of the membership is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of membership without refund.

• Payments are processed securely through Gumroad (or affiliated platforms).
• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly ($14.99) or yearly ($179) basis,      depending on the plan chosen.
• Members may cancel anytime through their Gumroad account.
• No refunds are provided for partially used billing cycles.

• Members may cancel their subscription anytime. Access to software and resources will end at the conclusion of the billing period.
• Violation of these policies (including unauthorized sharing of software or resources) may result in immediate termination of membership.

• Founder’s Circle membership is not an investment program and does not provide financial gain or ownership rights. It’s an exclusive VIP tier with early access, discounts, and influence over the Courier Ca$h system. 

• Courier Ca$h reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
• Members will be notified of changes via email or platform announcements.

All sales are final. This applies to all Courier Ca$h™, Girl Boss™, and Boss Your Book™ offerings, including paperback guides, handbooks, templates, workbooks, digital downloads, Quick-Hit™ Power Sessions, Founders Circle memberships, and any other products, services, or digital content created or offered by Hikari Gateway, LLC, Dr. Terri A. Simmons, or Michael Simmons, Sr.

Due to immediate access to proprietary business content, templates, and training materials, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase is completed.
