Founded by Michael Simmons following a distinguished 40-year career in the utilities industry, Hikari Gateway was born from a desire to live more abundantly, lead with legacy, and build something lasting, meaningful, and community-centered.
What began as a practical solution evolved into a broader vision — one focused on opportunity, ownership, and empowerment. Hikari Gateway stands as a beacon of possibility, lighting the way forward not only for the Simmons family, but also for the communities they are committed to serving.

At Hikari Gateway, LLC, our vision is to grow into a nationally trusted brand that sets the standard in medical transportation and practical entrepreneurship education.
We envision expanding service hubs across the country, developing a scalable franchising model, and building a full learning-and-tools ecosystem that equips people to earn, grow, and lead. That includes expanding Courier Ca$h into a nationally recognized starter kit and training pathway for medical courier business ownership; growing Boss Your Book into a flagship writing-and-business platform; and scaling our Digital Shop and Quick-Hit Library into a go-to resource hub for templates, guides, workbooks, and power sessions that meet people exactly where they are.
Our future includes launching Hikari Academy—a training and certification program designed to prepare professionals for careers in logistics, maintenance, and mission-driven entrepreneurship—alongside strategic partnerships with workforce development programs, schools, and government agencies to create accessible pathways to employment, education, and economic mobility.
